As a native French foodie, I have always been fascinated by the beauty and the art of gastronomy. I was born and raised in the South of France – in our gorgeous and wonderful Provence. I have learnt how to bake and cook traditional French dishes and desserts at a very early age. My mother and grandmother taught me their best recipes and special secrets, which I will be happy to share with my guests.
In this cooking class you will:
-Make doughs for the bugnes and oreillettes by hand.
-Give your doughs a personal twist with special ingredients.
-Cut and shape the doughs for the two different sorts of beignets.
-Fry and season your bugnes and oreillettes to perfection.
At the end of the class, you will all taste your creativity with other attendees and go back home with your gems to share with family and friends. During this cooking class, I will trigger the emotions of a memorable childhood in Provence – more than a class, it is a sensorial journey!
