This veg dish offers an easy 3 step method for preparing tofu that maintains such a robust taste. The Tofu literally soaks up the flavors of the braising liquid as it cooks.

The Sauce: Creating from scratch the aromatic foundation of the dish. All participants will learn the process mixing the dry spices + cream coconut milk with sautéed onion, garlic, ginger, and lemon grass.

Sip, Talk, Laugh: Organic conversation layered with a couple glasses of specialty wine
