In this class we will make a variety of healthy and flavorful snacks that are easily transportable for work or travel. With an emphasis on items that fit into vegan, vegetarian, paleo, Whole 30 and gluten free diets, we will make several snacks including:
- Roasted chickpeas
- Energy bars
- Chocolate almond date balls
- Kale chips
- Paleo Crackers
- Paleo Hummus
At the end of class we will enjoy our snacks with a glass of wine.
