Starter Kombucha class! You will learn how to start your own probiotic fermentation brew!

Having a first hand experience is a great way to insure success, as it can be a bit intimidating at first. Join me and go over a step by step basic of what to do and what not to do, to insure a healthy and happy bucha!

You will also taste brews that I’ve made and look at the different types you can make at home. You will talk about how essential a good SCOBY“symbiotic ‘colony’ of bacteria and yeast” is to your brew.

You will receive a SCOBY in your kit to start your brew at home, along with everything (minus the glass jar) to make your first batch including cheese cloth, band, sugar, tea, and detailed recipes that I’ve been using for over 10 years. As well as tips on flavor combinations such as: Beet, ginger, strawberry-basil, orange-thyme, berries, apple-tarragon, pineapple-green tea, earl gray, english breakfast, maté, etc, endless flavor combinations of Kombucha!
