I grew up in Paris France where I studied art at the Penninghen art school in St Germain des Prés and graduated. Years of sweet memories !
Later I studied screen printing; I am still loving this technique even though my favorite tools are now brushes and watercolor paints.
I was so lucky to have a chinese calligraphy teacher who taught me the art of calligraphy. He always told his French students that they never would become Chinese even after 100 years, but this could be helpful for our very Western style; I believe this is true; my work has become looser and fresher since I began studying Chinese calligraphy.
Today I still live and work in Paris as a free lance illustrator.
I have a passion for culinary illustration, fashion and architecture.
